1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• You must provide a full unboxing video showing the package being opened clearly without cuts or pauses.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of the product, size issues, or change of mind.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
After 7 days, return requests cannot be accepted.

4. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

A replacement of the same product (based on availability)
• If the product is out of stock, we may offer store credit or refund as per the situation

Replacement product will be delivered in 5-7 working days

We do not offer exchanges for different colors, designs, or products.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

• The product is damaged or defective
• A suitable replacement is not available

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

• Items without an unboxing video
• Used, worn, or damaged items
• Products without original packaging
• Beauty items (if any)
• Clearance or sale products, unless damaged

7. Courier & Pickup

In most cases, we arrange pickup for approved returns.
If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product back to us.
Keep the courier receipt safely—you may need to share it.

8. Package Lost During Return

If a return parcel is lost by the courier, we will assist in raising a claim.
A refund or replacement will be issued once the courier confirms the loss.
